Ordering


How do I place an order?

Ordering on the Atelier Pedra website is easy. Once you have found the item you’d like to purchase, click on the "ADD TO CART button and follow the directions through the checkout process to complete it.


How fast are orders processed?

We process orders between 1-2 business days if your item is in-stock and does not require additional engraving nor made-to-order. Engraved pieces may take an additional 3 business days to process, as they leave our facility to be engraved, and made-to-order pieces are complete in usually 2-3 weeks.


Can I place a custom order?

We love nothing more than a challenge, so yes! We can adjust any of our pieces to your preferred material and stones from our existing products -you can browse the options on the product page. Are orders processed on weekends?

Our warehouse is open on Monday - Friday, sorry. But, we do take orders during a weekend :)


I’ve found something I love but it’s out of stock – help!

Don’t worry, we got you! The fastest way to find out when an item is back in stock is to add yourself to the waitlist! If it’s a time-sensitive gift or issue, please reach out to 081717173372 or support@atelier-pedra.com where we can try to advise on a timeline.


How long does it take to make a Wedding ring?

Since these rings are meant to be worn for a lifetime, we’re not trying to rush them out the door and sacrifice the integrity of the ring. Each ring is made-to-order and crafted by hand, taking up to 4-6 weeks to complete.


Can I Engrave my ring?

Of course! Engraving is included for a wedding and engagement order. You can always add on engraving for any rings order with additional fee.


Is my purchase covered by a warranty?

Yes! A lifetime warranty is provided for fine jewelry and 1-year warranty is provided for gold dipped pieces of jewelry.




Shipping


How long does shipping take?

Regular shipment is within 2 days for Jabodetabek area and will take up to 5 days outside the area. A made-to-order take 4-6 weeks to complete, as they are handcrafted and as we maintain their qualities meticulously.


Do you ship on weekends?

Unfortunately, we don’t. Our warehouse will process your orders from Monday to Friday.


Why hasn’t my package shipped?

If your item requires engraving or is made-to-order, please allow more time for processing.


How can I check the status of my order?

Easy – just log into your account on the website, and under ‘my orders’, select ‘view your order history’.



Materials


What material is best for my lifestyle?

18k gold is the standard for our fine jewelry, whether it’s yellow, white, or rose gold. Sterling silver and palladium are best suited, and most requested material for man jewelry. You can always pick gold dipped as an option for your personal jewelry.


Will my ring retain its shape?

It’s quite possible, but no! Since we use 18k gold for most of our rings, it is malleable and conforms to our bodies over time based on our body's heat and temperature. While you may lose your perfectly spherical shape, you will gain a ring molded exactly to your unique finger.



Sizing


How can I know my ring size?                     

You can try to measure your ring size by following the ring size guide or let us know, and we’ll help you figure it out.


What if I ordered the wrong size?                             

Fear not, we’ll happily exchange your piece for the correct size within 14 days of delivery and while the stock lasts. Just fill in the return form and mail it back to us with the piece you want to exchange. Unfortunately, at the moment we’re unable to exchange international orders.




Care & Repair


When should I remove my jewelry?

All Pedra jewelry is made for everyday wear. For gold dipped jewelry, we recommend extra care and to maintain its longevity we suggest to remove them while you’re doing housework or in contact with chemicals, in the gym, swimming, and showering.


What if my jewelry fades or gets scratched?

That’s what a warranty for. It includes complimentary re-plating or repolishing, just because we’re that confident in our craftsmanship.


How should I care for my jewelry?

Do’s

  • Put on jewelry last when dressing.

  • Store carefully to avoid tangling and scratching.

  • Handle with care.


Don’t

  • Don’t wear them when bathing, exercising, gardening or doing housework.

  • Take off your jewelry before bed.

  • Don’t allow contact with perfumes, lotions, hairspray, or cosmetics – particularly for pearls, as this may affect the color or luster.

  • Take off your jewelry when using abrasive cleaners or chemical

What should I do if I broke my Atelier Pedra Jewelry?

Don't worry, we're here to help! We make our jewelry as resilient as possible, but, as with all jewelry, stones sometimes fall out or a mechanism or chain can break. Your satisfaction is our highest priority - we will work with you to address the situation!

Repairs pertaining to online orders need to be approved by our Atelier Pedra team, so make sure to email us first.


What about repairs or ring re-sizing?
