Atelier Pedra stands behind our products and warrant that all items be free from manufacturing defects. All Atelier Pedra products are designed and crafted to be worn for daily use. We offer a 2-year Warranty on all of its items. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, you may return it to us for inspection and service - we are here to help!
Complimentary Cleaning, Inspection and Gold Dipping
Within the 2-year Warranty Period, we recommend having your jewelry cleaned and inspected every six months or if it undergoes any potential trauma. Inspections and cleaning may help prevent the these traumas and extend the life of your jewelry. This cleaning and inspection service is free of charge to all Atelier Pedra customers. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping to Atelier Pedra address, and Atelier Pedra will not pay for return shipping to customer address. Repairs and Gold Dipping, for items still under warranty, can be serviced free of charge.
How do I take care my Atelier Pedra Jewelry?
Atelier Pedra uses the highest quality silver in all its collections. Silver is a pure and soft metal and can be prone to discoloration or oxidation during normal wear, and may naturally be prone to discoloration from time to time. We recommend having your jewelry inspected by the Atelier Pedra team every six months.
What should I prepare for servicing, inspection or cleaning services?
To return an item to Atelier Pedra, follow the below process:
For all returns message our Customer Service 081717173372 and you will be given a Warranty Authorization Code.
Package Your Return. We recommend you use the original shipping box, including all original packaging material.
We recommend that you securely package your items in original packing materials, fully insured. Atelier Pedra is not responsible for lost or stolen articles during shipping.
What comes next once my return is received by Atelier Pedra?
Once your return is received into our system, you will receive a confirmation message from our customer service team. System processing occurs during Mondays to Fridays. If there are any questions regarding your return, we will contact you. Once inspection is complete, your return will be fully processed. For servicing, please allow an additional 10-20 days. If you need your item serviced quickly please let us know!
Conditions and Exclusions
The following warranty and complimentary services from the Atelier Pedra Jewelers Studio are available to customers who purchased from Atelier Pedra only.
Maintenance, repair, sizing or other service performed by someone other than Atelier Pedra will void your Manufacturer Warranty.
We do not provide warranties for damage due to normal wear, product loss, loss of stones or theft. Damage or loss that results from failure to obtain repairs necessary to maintain the integrity of the product are also not covered.
